May was a crazy busy month that flew by so fast. We decided some time at the beginning of May that we were going to put our house on the market and move. I'm not sure who thought that was a great idea, but at the time it seemed like we kept getting promptings to go that way. After a lot of prayer and conversation (and changing our mind 500 times), we decided that we were going to put it on the market at the beginning of June. That meant May was spent surviving and getting our house ready to put on the market. I'm grateful I had lots of help and the whole time is such a blur that I barely remember it. Thankfully I took lots of pictures to help me!
Cannon is still so loved by his siblings:
Capri likes to be a big helper. She loved washing Cannon's feet over and over and over. He had the cleanest baby feet ever! I love how he's just looking at her.
Sweet little face.
I always love the pictures I get of Parker. Usually it's because he's making some super forced, hilarious smile. This one was just darling! I love my little baseball boy!
Poor Cannon's jaundice took so long to go away and out of his eyes. I don't know why, but I love little man shirts on newborns. He looks pretty serious about this one. 3 Weeks Old. He makes the best facial expressions, loves to eat, and is a really sweet little guy. Sleep isn't high on his to-do list, but he's still barely 7 jobs. so he's excused. It feels like he's always been a part of our family!
Oh the baby stretch!
Handsome blue eyed big brother:
My mom would laugh so hard at baby Cannon because he loved to sleep right here on the changing table. I don't know if it's because he felt more secure or what but he'd sleep right there for hours! Way more than he would if he was put down on his bed.
He's still pretty alert when he's awake, though!
One of the faces I wish I could just freeze. I LOVE milk drunk baby faces.
Never lacking in personality, Miss Capri has re-discovered the boys' superhero masks. She loves "rawr-ing" at us. ha!
Such long baby toes...
Look who found his thumb!
I call him my little angel and this is exactly why. I could stare at that perfect face all day every day and never get tired of it!
Capri has loved being a part of tummy time. Whenever I put him on the ground she goes and grabs every baby toy out of the baby basket for baby Cannon to "play" with. I think it's adorable.
She also loves to be Doc McStuffins and give everyone checkups--even her sleeping dad who slept right through having things poked in his ear and nose. Ha! She loves to go to friend's houses and doesn't ever look back when my friends come to pick her up. She's a social bug. She has grown up so much lately and I'm grateful she's still my little buddy.
How Cannon and I do Parker's soccer games. We last about 10 minutes and then end up in the car. I just love how tiny he looks.
Parker won another award at school. He is seriously rocking school! He has far surpassed any expectation I ever had for him. I'm so grateful for good boys at school!
We were lucky enough to get to go to Jared's cousin's baby blessing. Baby June and Cannon are just 3 weeks apart and so cute together. We took some pictures for Grandma Lorraine of her grandkids and their beautiful babies! Those are some good genes!
Just my darling little girl.
Thinking about smiling after bath time...
Just two silly boys who are getting way too big for my taste!
Ahh!!
Capri (left) and Cannon (right) comparison. I have deja vu a lot with baby Cannon!
Mr. Parker did great at his Kindergarten performance! He thought the songs were "baby songs" but he was a good sport anyway.
So grateful for good friends who send me pictures when I can't be places. This is my awesome Brody LOVING field day. He doesn't look like he's having fun at all, does he?!
A few shots of Parker from another friend:
Trying out the baby bouncer:
haha! Baby Cannon really does make the best facial expressions.
Sweetest big sister:
I still pinch myself sometimes that I have 4 kids! I have 4 kids! Such a blessing to me.
Dreaming of heaven...
May 26th: First smiles!
Still looks a lot like Capri to me.
Memorial Day Weekend 2016. Daddy had to give a talk, so we all got to church on time!
Sunday naps with baby:
Lunch is always better with goggle eyes:
Americana baby:
Went to pack Parker's lunch one day and found this note in there. Positive self talk? He cracks me up!
